§01 · How it works

Three steps. One cohort. One real workflow.

Two weeks. One team. We don't run mixed-audience workshops – every cohort is shaped around the team in the room and the workflow they actually want to ship.

01

Pick the team

Marketing, finance, engineering, sales, or exec. The cohort is yours – not pooled with other companies.

02

Pick the workflow

We scope a real workflow your team already runs. We're not picking a generic demo case – bring a Monday-morning headache.

03

Two weeks. Real data.

Hands-on cohort against your data shapes (de-identified if needed). You leave with a working prototype, not slides.

§02 · Lab catalog

Five labs. One per team.

Each lab is anchored to the workflows that team already repeats every week. Capacity is intentionally small – the work is hands-on, not a lecture hall.

Marketing Lab

Growth · Brand · RevOps

For marketing teams who want a co-worker that turns campaign data into weekly briefs – without copy-pasting from five dashboards.

What gets built
A campaign performance brief from GA4 + CRM + Looker, cited and reviewable by Monday at 9.
2 weeks 6—10 seats

Finance Lab

FP&A · Controller · BizOps

For finance teams who want a variance walk that cites the underlying BI numbers and ties them back to ERP and commentary.

What gets built
A forecast variance brief with cited causes – board-ready, audit-friendly, defensible.
2 weeks 6—8 seats

Engineering Lab

Platform · SRE · Dev Productivity

For engineering teams who want incident context assembled before the bridge call – not after.

What gets built
An incident triage assembly from PagerDuty + GitHub + Slack – a 90-second timeline at the top of every incident channel.
2 weeks 6—10 seats

Sales Lab

Sales Ops · AEs · CRO staff

For sales teams who want CRM hygiene that actually gets done – and follow-up drafts that respect what's already been said.

What gets built
A pipeline hygiene co-worker with stage-aware follow-up drafts, approval-gated in the rep's inbox.
2 weeks 8—12 seats

Exec Lab

CEO · COO · Chief of Staff

For executives who want a single weekly read that pulls signal across pipeline, CS, finance, and product – not eight dashboards.

What gets built
A Business 360 Monday-7am digest – one page, anomalies up top, sources at the bottom.
2 weeks 4—6 seats
§03 · What you walk away with

Four artifacts. Not a certificate.

You leave the cohort with something the team can keep building on – and something procurement can read. Implementation-led, not workshop-led.

Working co-worker prototype

Live against your data. Not a demo on a stage – a thing your team has used.

Documented workflow

The workflow itself, written down properly. Inputs, outputs, decisions, owners.

Risk & approval map

What requires human approval, what doesn't, and the rollback plan when something goes sideways.

Roadmap for production

The honest gap between the prototype and a production-ready co-worker – and what the next 4 weeks look like.

§04 · Pricing

Per-cohort. Scope on a call.

There's no list price because every cohort is shaped around the team and the workflow. We'd rather scope it honestly than publish a number that gets undercut.

Pricing note

Pricing is per-cohort. Reach out to scope.

What changes the number: team size, workflow complexity, integration count, deployment model (managed vs. customer-hosted), and whether you want the prototype carried into production. The 45-minute scoping call costs nothing.

Cohorts

Bring a team. Bring a workflow.

Tell us which team, which workflow you'd want to attack, and roughly when you'd want to run the cohort. We'll come back with a fit assessment and a scoped proposal. Chicago-based; cohorts run hybrid or fully remote.
